I had Lucca and Frank replace the plumbing for a new vanity and install it, and the experience was great from start to finish. They were friendly and professional throughout, taking the time to explain the work and answer my questions. The new plumbing was done cleanly and the vanity installation looks fantastic. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. Would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I have owed this company a review for several years for what has to be at this point hundreds of wonderfully completed jobs with nothing but the absolute most top notch care, skill and customer service exhibited. Over seeing several Seattle area 300 plus unit multi family properties I have always and frequently called on rooter pal for help and even in the worst emergencies at the worst times they have never ever let me down in the smallest of way . These guys are top notch in character, charitable, helpful and friendly all around we are lucky to have them as neighbors. Truly nothing they can’t handle !

The plumbing company I called to make my emergency leak detection and repair canceled at the last minute. I called Frank and he promptly came to my rescue. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered me repair options. My leak was solved within an hour. I highly recommend him for his promptness, knowledge and integrity.

I had an outstanding experience with Frank from RooterPal and can’t recommend him highly enough. I initially reached out about an issue with inconsistent hot water in our shower. I had already replaced the cartridge, but that didn’t solve the problem. Based on further investigation, it seemed like the valve itself might be faulty. Another plumber who came by quoted around $2,000 for a complex repair that would involve breaking through tile or accessing the valve from behind the shower—so I was preparing for a major job. Frank was scheduled to come out the following Wednesday, but what really stood out was that he proactively called me on Saturday—his day off—to understand the issue in detail. After I walked him through everything I had tried and the prior diagnosis, he drew on his deep experience and suggested that, given the specific valve model and its durability, a full valve replacement was unlikely to be the real issue. Instead, he suspected a blockage at the inlet and clearly explained what that would look like and how I could test for it myself. I followed his guidance step by step, and amazingly, it worked. The shower is now functioning perfectly—actually better than before. Throughout the process, Frank was incredibly responsive, quickly answering follow-up questions as I worked through the fix and helping me troubleshoot in real time. He even offered to come by on his day off if his suggestion didn’t resolve the issue. What impressed me most was not just his expertise—though that was obvious—but his integrity and genuine care for doing the right thing. He saved me thousands of dollars and a major unnecessary repair, and he did it without making a single dollar from the interaction. That level of honesty and customer focus is rare. I’m a huge fan and will absolutely be reaching out to Frank for any future plumbing needs.

Amazing from phone call to completion of work. Saturday afternoon we found water coming out of a landscaping wall. After utilities came and turned off the water, I found Frank on Google and gave him a call. He was nice and actively listened on the phone, then was even able to come early Sunday. Once seeing the issue, he was ready to get to work to try and get water back on for us as soon as possible. Due to some interferences they had to dig to try and locate the pipe, but not only did they work diligently, but they were very careful with the landscaping. To the point that they dug some plants and temporarily potted them to make sure they would still be healthy. Even after hours of digging, once they located the pipe leak, then quickly (and properly) fixed the pipe and started refilling the holes. They not only filled the hole, but nicely replanted the plants and left the area cleaner than they found it to the point of raking the dirt. Hands down amazing people and work. And loved how they would explain things, in a way you know they know what they are doing. Frank and team, thank you again for your tireless work. You are all much appreciated.

We live in Kirkland and had Rooter Pal Plumbing replace our shower valve in the master bath. They did an awesome job — showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and finished the work quickly and neatly. The valve works great and they left the bathroom spotless. He was thorough, yet didn't overwhelm me with false information or try to oversell his services. If you're looking to get your water heater replaced, look no further! You might get cheaper quotes from other companies but most of them are not licensed plumbers and use a cheaper brand of water heater. Rooter Pal installed a Bradford White water heater with brass fittings, which are way more durable than what the cheaper competitors use. He was able to accommodate me in his schedule pretty quickly and made the whole process seamless. He even came back to replace an out-of-stock part free of charge. Rooter Pal will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you doing a great job, Frank and Luca!
